Terms of Service

By requesting services, accepting campaign terms, paying an invoice, or connecting a social account, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for the business and accounts involved.

Campaign deliverables, duration, weekly pricing, and payment timing appear in the campaign portal or invoice. Work for a campaign week may depend on payment and timely client approvals. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

When you connect Facebook or Instagram, you authorize PromoParrot to access the selected professional account or Page for the campaign and to perform only the actions covered by the permissions you approve. PromoParrot does not request or store your social account password.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of content and instructions you provide. Content marked for immediate publishing may become public as soon as you or an authorized PromoParrot operator confirms it. Platform processing, availability, moderation, and outages remain controlled by the applicable social platform.

Clients must provide accurate information, maintain authority over connected accounts, obtain necessary releases and rights, and promptly report unauthorized access or requested changes. You may revoke Meta access through your Facebook or Instagram settings, although doing so disables connected features.

Clients retain their rights in materials they provide and grant PromoParrot the limited permission needed to edit, deliver, schedule, and publish them for the campaign. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients may use delivered final media for their business marketing; raw and unfinished files are not included.

Production dates and delivery timing depend on scope and availability. Late cancellations, inaccessible locations, weather, delayed approvals, or requested work outside the included revisions may change timing or price.

You may not use PromoParrot to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or platform-prohibited material, or to access an account without authorization. PromoParrot may pause publishing when instructions appear unsafe, unauthorized, or noncompliant.

Third-party services including Meta and payment, hosting, and communication providers may change or become unavailable. PromoParrot will use reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform access, audience growth, reach, engagement, or other business results.
