User Data Deletion
You can remove PromoParrot access immediately and request deletion of information associated with a connected Facebook or Instagram account.
1Revoke Meta access
Open Facebook or Instagram Settings, locate Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, select PromoParrot, and remove its access. Meta will stop PromoParrot from making future authorized API requests.
2Request deletion from PromoParrot
Email promoparrothq@gmail.com with the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request.” Include your name, business name, campaign ID if available, and the Facebook Page or Instagram username you connected. Do not send a password, access token, or other secret.
3Verification
To protect account owners, PromoParrot may verify the request using the campaign contact email or another reasonable ownership check before deleting records.
4What will be deleted
PromoParrot will remove the campaign connection and stored Meta access credential, account or Page identifier, username, permission record, and connection-specific technical data that is not otherwise required for security, legal, payment, or accounting obligations.
5Timing and confirmation
Verified requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible and normally within 30 days. We will send confirmation to the verified contact when deletion is complete or explain any information that must be retained by law.
